RETURN POLICY

Individualized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal under §312g Abs.2 Nr. 1 BGB, from the point of individual embroidery, printing or engraving, as soon as the products cannot be separated again with relatively little effort without impairing their substance or functionality.

ORDERING PROCESS

  1. After your purchase in our shop using your preferred payment method, send us your logo (PDF, PNG, JPG) by email to: info@markengruender.com.
  2. Within 1-3 business days, you will receive your logo as an embroidery design for review before embroidery.
  3. After your approval of our embroidery design, your order will be released for embroidery.
