- After your purchase in our shop with the payment method of your choice, please send us your logo (PDF, PNG, JPG) via email to: info@markengruender.com.
- Within 1-3 business days, you will receive your logo as an embroidery design for review before embroidery.
- Once you approve our embroidery design, your order will be released for embroidery.
