Personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to §312g Abs.2 Nr. 1 BGB, from the moment of individual embroidery, printing, or engraving, as soon as the products cannot be separated again with relatively little effort without impairing their substance or functionality.

ORDERING PROCESS

  1. After your purchase in our shop with the payment method of your choice, send us your logo (PDF, PNG, JPG) by email to: info@markengruender.com.
  2. Within 1-3 business days, you will receive your logo as an embroidery design for review before embroidery begins.
  3. Upon your approval of our embroidery design, your order will be released for embroidery.
