RETURN POLICY

Individualized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to §312g Abs.2 Nr. 1 BGB, from the time of individual embroidery, if the products cannot be separated again with relatively little effort without impairing their substance or functionality.

ORDERING PROCESS

  1. After your purchase in our shop with the payment of your choice, please send us your logo (PDF, PNG, JPG) by email to: info@markengruender.com.
  2. Within 1-3 working days, you will receive your logo as an embroidery design for review before embroidery.
  3. After your approval of our embroidery design, your order will be released for embroidery.
