Individualized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to §312g Abs.2 No. 1 BGB, from the time of individual embroidery, printing or engraving, if the products cannot be separated again with relatively little effort without affecting their substance or functionality.

- After your purchase in our shop with the payment method of your choice, send us your logo (PDF, PNG, JPG) by email to: info@markengruender.com.
- Within 1-3 business days, you will receive your logo as an embroidery design for review before embroidery.
- Once you approve our embroidery design, your order will be released for embroidery.
